Joe’s Buddy Line launches its Wellbeing Den!
Strengthen your people. Support the next generation.
We are seeking employee volunteers to take part in our Wellbeing Den, a dynamic one‑day enterprise challenge where students aged 14-15 create and pitch ideas that support youth mental health.
For employers, this is a ready‑made development experience that:
- Uses professional skills in a purpose‑led, real‑world setting
- Builds coaching, communication and leadership capability
- Engages with issues central to wellbeing and mental health
- Connects with diverse young people preparing for creative-sector careers
The young people benefit by gaining confidence, developing stronger communication and problem‑solving skills, and turning their ideas into real solutions with the support of experienced, encouraging adult coaches.
Your employees will be supported throughout the day by Joe’s Buddy Line staff and resources. No specialist background in mental health is required – just professional insight, curiosity and the willingness to empower young people.
This pilot is free to participate in; voluntary donations to Joe’s Buddy Line are welcome to help us reach more young people.
